How to use

As a topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAIDs), Reliviate is applied directly to the skin to bring targeted, local pain relief.

​

Squeeze about 1 gram (about 3cm) of the gel onto your finger or hand and gently massage it onto the skin around the injury. If you have more than one injury, repeat on each area.

​

This gel is designed for topical (on the skin) application only. Never take the gel by mouth.

When to use

Use Reliviate for the relief of pain, swelling or stiffness accompanying non-serious arthritic conditions and pain or swelling accompanying sprains, strains and sports injuries.

​

Adults: Apply the gel three times a day (24 hours) as required. Apply each dose at least 4 hours apart.

Do not use in children or young people less than 18 years of age.

​

If you forget to use Reliviate Gel, apply as soon as you remember. If it is close to your next application, skip the forgotten application and apply as normal. Do not double the amount to make up for a forgotten application.
